Kadejah One' has been mesmerizing people with her voice since her first breath.

A native New Orleanian, she found huge success while a student at Maryland's Bowie State University, where she slayed audiences with her heart-stopping performances in The Wiz, Ain't Misbehaving', and Dreamgirls (to name a few).  After earning a degree in Music Education in 1996, Oni brought her passion for personal and spiritual development to the students in the Washington, DC public school system, where she was an inspiring classroom teacher.  In 2002, she went on to star in the African Continuum Theater Company's adaption of Zora Neale huston's Spunk.  Though a newcomer to Washington's professional stage community, her performance landed her on the list of nominees for the Helen Hayes Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Residential musical. And she won.

Kadejah is a singer, songwriter, actress and the CEO of KOSH, LLC.   Kadejah performed in the 2010-12 National Tour of The Color Purple (church soloist u/s Sophia, church lady Dorine), in 2012 she performed at the Riverside Dinner Theatre where shed portrayed Effie White in Dreamgirls, in 2013 she performed in Ain't Misbehavin and int 2014 she traveled with the National and International tour of The Rock of Ages.  Kadejah has opened for various National Recording Artists such as Maysa, Avery Sunshine, Shirley Murdock and Maurette Brown Clark.  Kadajah also stared in the documentary "It Has Begun" directed by Billy Badd of New Image Films.

In 2014 Kadejah co-wrote, produced, and starred in her first one woman stage play show called The Movement.   The Movement is a project that will inform, heal and inspire any audience. The Movement starring Kadejah One' will begin touring in 2016.
